EZTC717 ASME Tank Carrier
The EZTC717 has been totally redesigned in order to accommodate the needs of a changing industry. Set any size ASME tank up to 1,000-gallons with one operator and a utility trailer.
Today, vehicles and support equipment need to be lighter, compact and more efficient. The ASME Tank Dolly provides a safe and efficient platform from which to deliver any size residential propane storage tank.
This new dolly utilizes a Hydro-Gear® hydrostatic pump (PG/PE) and a Sauer Danfoss® orbital hydraulic motor (OMS 400), which provides the forward and reverse motion to the single drive wheel. Gone is the conventional transmission and dual drive wheels. This is 100% hydraulic drive. The HONDA® GXV390 13 HP OHV, gasoline engine provides ample power to the pump.
The control systems are completely redesigned, as well. A very easy to use thumb control on the handle bar allows the operator to control the direction of the unit without ever removing his hands from the steering handle, allowing for greater safety and control of the dolly. A new tethered kill switch, which attaches to the operators wrist provides an added measure of safety. If under any operating conditions the operator looses control of the unit, falls, or becomes disabled in any way the kill switch is activated stopping the unit in its tracks
The EZTC717 is ideal for use with a utility trailer. Renaldo manufactures a trailer that is perfectly suited for use with ASME tanks up to 1,000 gallons, along with the tank dolly. Simply drive the tank on and off the trailer, eliminating the need for expensive, dedicated, crane trucks. The whole purpose of this dolly is not to tare up the customers yard when installing and removing the storage tanks. It also makes this job a safe and efficient one man operation. The tank is never more than 18 inches off the ground!
