500- and 1,000-Gallon Propane Pump Stations
Pump stations are an important component in the overall recreational propane landscape. They are very well suited for RV Parks, campgrounds, convenience stores, or any other outlet interested in refilling small cylinders used in the outdoor lifestyle market. We offer two size options utilizing either a 500 or a 1,000-gallon tank.
We also offer all the individual components for the do-it-your-self builders: tank stands, meters, pumps, scales, empty cabinets, or turnkey cabinets, and the technical expertise to make your job a little easier and your overall operation more profitable.

Turnkey cabinet quotes do not include the propane storage tank, tank stands, runners or scale. Tanks, stands, runners and scales will be quoted separately based on your specifications.

Pump Station Frame Assemblies
Pump station frame assemblies are prebuilt, primed and ready to go for your next pump station. We offer two different configurations:
- A 4” channel design to accommodate a horizontal 500-gallon A.S.M.E tank
- A 6” channel design to accommodate a horizontal 1,000-gallon A.S.M.E tank
Not included with the frames are the required 2” pipe runners. Also available is an optional step that mounts to the runners, which makes checking the percent gauge and filling the tank less challenging. Also available with our pump station frame assemblies are the optional pump mount platform and step.
Tank Saddles
When transporting an underground tank, or other large pressure vessel that doesn’t have legs, utilize our unique tank saddles. 100% aluminum construction with padded supports, our saddles can be temporarily secured to the bed of a truck or trailer for safe handling and transport.
Fire Pit
We can design and fabricate a custom burner assembly for any size installation, in either natural gas or propane.
Bobtail Trainer
We have a long history in designing and building specialty training apparatus. Pictured is a bobtail trailer in use by the New York State Academy of Fire Science, in Montour Falls, NY. This trailer replicates all the components found on a propane bobtail, is self-contained and is used as a training aid for firefighters and emergency responders that may be involved in a roadside incident. A propane fueled engine provides electrical power to the trainer. The trailer aspect allows the Academy to move the unit around the site and keep it under cover when not in use. It is not intended for highway use.
